- Since we offer flat retained fees, there will be no surprises at the end of the search if a higher than expected salary or bonus is needed.
- Every candidate in a retained search is reviewed by the Managing Director before submittal.
- More time is spend vetting the candidates not only for skill sets, but also for your cultural fit.
